Oaxacan CookingThe Oaxacan Cooking workshop instructs the student how to select and purchase food products in the city markets and how to prepare traditional dishes using typical recipes of the region. Oaxaca is famous for it's Mole Negro, although there are in fact seven varieties of mole; and for other culinary delights such as Chapulines or grasshoppers, a regional seasonal delicacy.
